Thursday Throwback

John Legend- Ordinary People. This song truly needs no introduction but if you’ve never heard it, it’s sure to be an instant fave. Listen to Mr. Legend as he croons the dichotomous joys and woes of the average relationship.

Enjoy. ~M*O*

Hit or Pass? Joint of the Day

Snoop Dogg - My F**king House (feat. Young Jeezy & E-40) (Explicit) Snoop Dogg is back with a club banger. A little too gangster for men whom clearly haven’t truly lived the thug life for years now, IMHO, but the beat is sick, I’ll give them that. This will be big this summer.

Enjoy ~M*O*

America: From Freedom to Fascism

Grab some popcorn, Earthlings. If you haven’t seen this; the late great American patriot, Aaron Russo’s documentary, America: From Freedom to Fascism, then you’re in for a real treat. Watch as Aaron Russo explores the fraudulent tax “laws” of this country and makes some chilling discoveries about the potential fate of this nation, along the way.

Nuclear Fallout: Unclear Global Fall Outs; Should We ALL be Worried?

OK, Earthlings, for once, I’m not going to way in too heavily in terms of my opinion, rather, present different arguments on this issue as there are many conflicting arguments on this. This Fukushima nuclear disaster has spawned it’s own culture of conflicting information. Since I am not a nuclear physicist, and this is a very complicated situation, I encourage you to visit these links and decide how you feel about all of this yourself.

Bottom line Earthlings, it seems that this may be worse than they’re saying….so I’d say heed the fallout warnings to avoid…. fall out….~M*O*

Controversial Terror Hearing Seeks to Radicalize Muslim Americans

*SIGH*Yet another sign of the times, Earthlings. New York republican Peter King is holding a hearing today over whether or not to radicalize American Muslims???! *SIGH* Tune in here. After hearing very touching opening remarks from republican Keith Ellison, the first and only Muslim-American to be elected to congress (that’s outrageous in and of itself) I saw clearly what Muslim-Americans must be going through at this time. See what Ellison has to say here.

If this isn’t a huge red flag for Americans, I don’t know what will be. They claim they want to fight domestic terrorism, yet none of this attention is being given to say, white America and the K.K.K., even though the majority of domestic terrorism is carried out by white males. I.e. Slavery, the Jim Crow Laws, the uni-bomber, the guy who flew into the IRS building, the man in the recent Arizona shooting, and so on…

This is reminiscent of when they put the Japanese in internment camps after Pearl Harbor…let’s hope they don’t take it that far…

I’m almost afraid to find out who will be demonized next…but, we can be sure who it won’t be…M*O*

Proposed New Law In Georgia Says Women Get Death Penalty for Miscarriage?!

*Sigh* No, that wasn’t just an extreme title to grab your attention, Earthlings. Some slack jawed yokel in the state of Georgia, has truly introduced a bill in which women could be penalized, with death, if they have a miscarriage.

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Now let us discuss the strategy of this, this is just another attempt, albeit an extremely bold on, to limit abortion in America. Pro-lifers actually wish to make it so women cannot purposely cause abortion to their own fetuses by say, falling down the stairs, by siting that they must prove, “no human involvement” (-__-) in cases of miscarriage. Very strategic on their part, to say the least. But in a world, that the how to’s of homemade abortion can be pulled up at the click of a Google search, could this just be a desperate attempt made by those who really care about preserving human life??

On the other hand, what are the odds that this is just another attempt to get the working class to stop reproducing all together?? If you have a fear like this looming over your head, you will be that much more careful in terms of getting pregnant in the first place. Middle, and upper class people would undoubtedly just get a good lawyer and get off, and while, even if this bill did pass, I’m almost positive that it wouldn’t result in death, the lower class would undoubtedly be the ones to receive harsher penalties for this type of thing.

Anyhow, I would keep my eye on this reproductive rights battle, it’s now ever so clear that this fight will get bloody…~M*O*
